Cancellation Policy: If a registrant is unable to attend the conference, eligible substitutions from the same organizations are allowed at no additional charge. Registration cancellations will be accepted until July 1, 2022, with a full refund. From July 2, 2022 through September 1, 2022, IPMA will refund half of the registration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations after September 1, 2022.
