The IPMA produces publications that provide support for the practice support management profession and insight on the role and value of a paralegal manager or practice support manager to a law firm or corporate law department. Specialized content allows members to hone managerial skills and talents considered necessary to perform specified management-related jobs. IPMA publications provide educational references, support professionalism, encourage effective management skills, and provide thought leadership on the value of utilization and management of paralegals and other legal practice support professionals.
Inspired Leadership
Inspired Leadership is the flagship publication of the International Practice Management Association. With the IPMA's broadening coverage of all aspects of practice support management, including paralegal management, litigation support, information governance and records management, docketing, intellectual property, and in-house, each quarterly online edition of Inspired Leadership highlights the latest industry trends and issues faced by practice support managers.
