Company Description:
ESC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Information Services Corporation (“ISC”), a TSX-listed company (ISV). As such we are supported by a well-funded and experienced provider of registry and information management services for public record data. ESC is on a stirring growth journey, starting with our acquisition of AVS Systems Inc, (“AVS”) lien management services business on December 17th, 2018. On February 19, 2019 we continued our journey by acquiring Securefact Transaction Services Inc. (“Securefact”) to elevate our KYC identity and beneficial ownership business. On July 29, 2020 we executed a purchase agreement to acquire Paragon Inc. expanding our integrated service offerings to include Recovery Services. These acquisitions are consistent with ISC’s long-term strategy to position ESC for growth to support the needs of our customers.
